Surface tags

Surface tags are textile tags that are not usually folded.

Nevertheless, their ends can be inserted in from two sides. They are either made by classic, direct cutting of a finished strip (for example, woven ribbons or ribbons with an imprinted pattern, pressed leather or rubber) and possible insertion of their ends, or by cutting the proposed (for example, woven, printed or pressed) pattern into any shape using various techniques (using, for example, a laser). The edges of the woven surface tags can be finished by a classic heat-seal, treated with ultrasound or hammed. Self-adhesive tape or a material suitable for ironing down can be applied on the bottom side of the tags. Surface tags are, most often, sewn or ironed down on the following garment parts: back, below the neck (front as well as back side), chest, outer side of the sleeves or shoulders, hood, rear side of pants (front as well as back side). Surface tags can be also placed as a patch anywhere else onto a free or damaged part of the clothes. They can also be folded over and around seams (for example, of a sleeve, hat, etc.).
